Muito satisfeito, atendeu todas nossas necessidades, muito bem recebidos e orientados quando precisei

Un hôtel bien placé, sans charme particulier mais agréable pour un court séjour.

Nous avons très mal dormi par cause d un manque d oreillers que nous savons pourtant demandé et pas été entendu

Impossible et refus d’annulation de la reservation, je n’ai donc pas dormis la bas mais par contre j’ai payé une chambre vide…! L’événement auquel je devait participé a été annulé.

It was nice staying at the hotel but the only unknown and scary part was the security deposit, nowhere mentioned that the security deposit money had to be deposited when arriving.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Being charged €390 for this absolute disgrace of a hotel is a joke!
Arrived to find that there were so many scuffs on the walls and carpets and disgusting, sticky floors.
Upon arrival at reception, we were “welcomed” by a very rude, and dismissive receptionist, who claimed that we should pay a €150 deposit, which was stated absolutely nowhere in our booking, and who would not allow us to login to the WiFi to show our booking confirmation and prove this. After about 15 minutes of getting nowhere, eventually he decided to not charge us the deposit as long as we “didn’t smoke in the room”, which we had never intended to do in the first place.
After entering our room, the interior was exactly the same as the interior around the entrance to the hotel and reception, damaged walls and carpets and sticky floors. The television did not work when we tried to switch it on, and having discovered that the batteries were flat, the receptionist then told us they didn’t have any batteries to provide us and that we would have to buy our own to put in the remote. The alarm bells really started ringing when we discovered that the dead lock on the inside of our door wouldn’t turn, meaning we couldn’t lock the door from the inside, and the door itself wouldn’t fully close, and this made us feel incredibly unsafe and extremely wary about the appalling state of security within the hotel. At this stage, we decided that enough was enough and we couldn’t stay there any longer due to feeling scared for our safety and wellbeing. Having requested that the hotel give us our money back, they were incredibly rude and dismissive and refused to give us our money back, or indeed acknowledge that there were any security issues, claiming “the maintenance man just hasn’t got around to looking at it yet”, an extremely poor excuse for such an alarming situation.
We will be taking every route possible to ensure that we get our money back, as it is inexcusable to allow this shambles of a company to keep our money.
If you want a safe, comfortable stay in Paris, stay well away from this truly appalling place!

Hôtel calme à cette période de l'année

Je ne reviendrai pas. Le déjeuner est horrible, on a débité ma caution de 150€ car j'ai oublié de rendre ma carte de chambre. J'avais jamais vu ça auparavant. La chambre était salle, clairement le ménage n'avait pas été fait. L'hôtel est très bruyant, c'est la fête dans toutes les chambres.

le client m'a dit qu'à part deux personnes, le personnel était désagréable, l'hôtel était dans un mauvais quartier et personne n'était venu nettoyer les plateaux du petit-déjeuner ou ranger la chambre. il me dit également que le crédit de dépôt est toujours bloqué.
