Künstlerisch- gemütlich- mss as n fühlt sich zuhause und in einer anderen Stadt

Anregung: im Hof Rauchverbot zumindest ab Mitternacht- Auch Nachtruhe im Hof ab 24:00 - es hallt sehr bei Stimmen und Lärm - hielt sich jedoch in Grenzen
