Trotz Beschwerde hat sich die Leitung nicht mehr gemeldet. Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Entgegenkommen. Nichts! Ein Rezeptionist, erklärte dass sie Personalmangel hätten. Das ist keine Entschuldigung für Unsauberkeit. Dennoch musste ich den vollen Preis für eine nicht erbrachte volle Leistung zahlen. Ein Feedback und sich die Zeit zu nehmen für einen Gast der enttäuscht ist, wäre angebracht gewesen.

Individuell, persönlich, kompetent und empathisch. Seit an Seit mit der Bahn, Ohrstöpsel lagen bereit für Empfindliche. Die Lage macht das wieder wett. Das französische Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Einfach unkompliziert, ohne Gedöns, alles bestens

Really enjoyed our stay, Hotel 800 metres from Central Station and Friedrichstrabe Station. If we came again we would use Central Station. Room clean, shower and toilet very good and close to the room. We were on 3rd floor, but once we had discovered the lift that was not a problem.
Only a 5 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate.
