Wir waren schon ein paarmal Gast im Arte Hotel Luise, die Lage und die individuell gestalteten Zimmer erfreuen uns. Störend könnte für manch einen die vorbei fahrende S-Bahn sein.

Habe etwas zu bemängeln: Wir wechselten das Zimmer, weil mein Partner Klaustrophobie hat und das Fenster nicht zu öffnen war. Erst nach Abreise und detaillierten Blick auf die Rechnung, stellten wir fest, dass das uns alternativ angebotene Zimmer wesentlich teurer war. Ich bin der Meinung, das hätte vom MA erwähnt werden müssen. :-(

I found this hotel most attractive and really liked the concentration on art I also appreciated that you have a true single room as often a single person pays double rates.I think the rates for paying ahead without cancellation possibilites could be alittle cheaper. I hope to stay in your hotel again...congratulations of a very good service.

Really enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay again when visiting Berlin, my only issue lots of flies in the restaurant at Breakfast time around the food area
