Als ich das Hotel gebucht hatte (von der DB mit dem Zugticket empfohlen) wusste ich nicht, dass Bad/WC nicht im Zimmer sind sondern auf der Etage mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden müssen. Hätte ich so nicht gebucht, wenn ich es gewusst hätte; war aber für 2 Nächte dann doch ok. Hätte aber doch klarer beschrieben werden müssen (vielleicht Fehler der DB?)

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay again. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. On top of this the artistic concept of the rooms makes for an infinitely more enjoyable experience than any other hotel I've stayed in - Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at the Arte Luise Kunsthotel and would stay there again. The involvement of the artists was a special plus. Although breakfast was not included in our rate, we had breakfast at the hotel and found it satisfactory. We would like to have had the breakfast included in the room rate. The staff was very helpful and the recommended restaurants on your list of restaurants were good suggestions.

We have recommeded the Arte Luise Kunsthotel to friends since we have returned from Berlin.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gefallen. Wir werden sicherlich dort übernachten wollen das nächste mal, wenn wir nach Berlin gehen

angenehmer aufenthalt mit moderaten an- und abreisezeiten. der service ist rund um die uhr gewährleistet und gut.

Bin maßlos enttäuscht wie egal Ihrem Peronal die Gäste sind. Keiner hat nur einen Hauch von Interesse gezeigt. Total ignorant.
Schade um das schöne Hotel, so leider nie wieder.
