The lack of elevator was not evidenced in the site were I made the reservation. At the Reception the comment was "I hope your baggage is not heavy, because your room is at the third floor and there is no elevator". No offer to help me. I am not scared by stairs, but the three floors were actually heavy to climb, as in the old house of the hotel the ceiling was 3.5/4 meters high!

einfach ein nettes und angenehmes Ambiente; ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Etagendusche/WC, was nicht jedermanns Geschmack ist. WC und Dusche waren aber tadellos sauber und in neuwertigem Zustand. Frühstücken im Weinlokal nebenan hat das gewisse etwas.
Geniale Lage 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Reichstag und: Haltestelle zum Flughafen Bus Tegel direkt ggü. dem Hotel !

Gut, aber für eine ganze Woche war mir das Zimmer etwas zu klein!

when we arrived and see the neighborhood with the skytrain , we were a little scared. False impression. The room is quite.
We don't use it cause the weather. But You have a rent bike just front of the hotel.

Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt gefallen. Ich werde das Kunsthotel weiterempfehlen.
