Für eine Nacht war es ok. Aber mehrere Nächte möchte ich nicht in einem Hotel schlafen, in dem man nicht das Fenster öffnen kann, und in dem man - gut gemeint - mit Ohrenstöpseln schläfen muss, weil die S-Bahn direkt vor dem Fenster vorbeibraust. Eingerichtet ist es natürlich sehr kunstvoll und schön. Ich finde, es müsste bei den hinteren Zimmern ein niedrigeres Preisniveau geben, dann wäre die Bewertung auch insgesamt besser.

Die Atmosphäre des Zimmers stand in starkem Kontrast zum letzten Aufenthalt, daher im ersten Moment große Enttäuschung.
Rest des Hotels wie immer sehr angenehm.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Horrible..the only thing I need when I go to a hotel is sleep during the night, and I couldn't at all because there was a train line less than 5 meters from my room's window. Horrible, I would never suggest this place.

Sehr genossen habe ich, dass ich nicht in einem "0815"-Hotel mit Standartzimmer übernachten musste. Durch die Möglichkeit "Zimmer mit Etagendusche" konnte ich mir ein Hotel in der Mitte Berlins leisten. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Berlinaufenthalt sicher wieder bei Ihnen übernachten!

Overall I liked the hotel; however, no tea /coffee in room is not good; and bathroom products were poor. Overall the hotel felt rushed and not well finished. C

Mein Zimmer war auf Gleishöhe und das hat die Schlafqualität doch sehr beeinträchtigt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt wünsche ich mir ein Zimmer zur Straße. Dann bekommen Sie in allen Punkten sehr gut.

love the concept, liked the wooden bed, the horse in the foyer, the internet 'puter all can use, the friendly staff, the location, the great restaurant right next door...
hated the noise.i think you should make it much more explicit on your otherwise great website that some (all?) rooms are very loud. we could not converse in our room and did not sleep as well as we would've liked. it would have been nice to know this in advance. your morning staffer told me it says so online but i beg to differ.

der Aufenthalt im Hotel Arte Luise war sehr angenehm, besonders auffallend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption - ich werde das Hotel gern weiterempfehlen!!!

Very nice hotel, I love the rooms and the service. And it's near the main attractions.
