es war eine wunderbare Übernachtung, das Zimmer war super Klasse, und ganz besonders toll fand ich die große Freundlichkeit - und Zugewandheit des Personals!!

- even if it is not smoking hotel I felt smoke in the room, you can hear shower from the other room, parking is not at the same building


+ small room, but very clean, enough space for my cloths, breakfast was ok, you get eggs the way you like but no fruit

Thank you for taking your time to evaluate your stay in our hotel. We would like to answer your important questions: Your room was not adjacent to any other room. The shower you heard was probably from the apartment above our hotel floor. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed in an old building from 1875. There are smoke detectors in our rooms. When a guest smokes a cigarette, they sound the alarm. But we have to agree: the guest jusing your room before was a very strong smoker. But he used to smoke in front of the house. His clothes must have spread the smell of cigarettes in the room. Since we don't like to work with fragrance spray, we tried to refresh the room with strong ventilation. We apologise for not being able to do that. As far as breakfast is concerned, fresh fruit is always to be found in a bowl on the small fridge at the buffet. Our guests will always find fresh fruit salad under a glass bell on the buffet. We're very sorry you didn't see that. Nevertheless, we are pleased about your top rating and look forward to welcoming you soon again at ArtHotel Connection.

Trotz der Anreiseprobleme durch die DB waren sie sehr Kullant und haben das Zimmer weiterhin blockiert damit ich am nächsten Tag anreisen konnte. Finde ich sehr zuvorkommend von ihnen! Das Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend für seine Zwecke ;-)
Der Aufzug ist ein absoluter Hingucker! Sobald wie möglich gerne wieder!

Vielen Dank für die freundliche Bewertung. Der Fahrstuhl ist aus dem Jahr 1910 und diente schon für Filmaufnahmen :-)
