Great stay as usual. Very nice rooms and breakfast with a smile. Over with friends to celebrate a 60th birthday. Our 6th time staying at the hotel and the standards are high as usual. All the team are helpful and very pleasent to deal with. Will be back again.

Pretty good, apart from the noise issue (see below).

Thank you very much for taking your time to rate your stay with us. We are very sorry that the acoustics in our old building from 1876 were not considered optimal. However, we are surprised about the criticism of the booked room. You have booked (directly via our homepage) a budget single room. The description of this category says: shared toilet. This is also recognizable in the photos on our homepage. If we had been told this "presumed booking- mistake" here in the hotel, we had at least the chance to organize an upgrade. What a pity. Nevertheless, we regret very much that you did not like the stay with us :-(

Muy preocupados y generosos en ayudar en cualquier detalle. quizas lo unico que no depende del Hotel, es la despreocupacion de cerrar
doble puerta de ascensor (antiguo), con lo cual quieda en piso donde alguien sale y nos e preocupa de cerrar puertas. Edificio es precioso.

Mehr individuell und persönlich geht fast nicht mehr. Ich freue mich immer wieder, bei meinen Berlin-Besuchen hier zu übernachten. Schon mit der Fahrt mit diesem historischen Aufzug beginnt dieses besondere Erlebnis und geht weiter über die so persönliche Betreuung und die geschmackvollen Zimmer. Freue mich schon wieder auf meinen nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt, der sicher wieder in diesem besonderen Hotel sein wird (wenn Zimmer frei).

Excellent !
Close to Centre, 10 minutes walk to KF-Damm, U-Bahn, ...
Very nice Cafe and Pizza accross the street !
Don't talk to strangers between 2AM and 6 AM outside, it is a big city afterall.

Thank you for your kind review. Though our hotel is not located in a "no go area" but nevertheless thank you for the hint, which applies to every big city.
