From the prompt confirmation email upon reservation, to the friendly reception, to the efficient service, to the good breakfast, this is one of the best hotel experience we had in Berlin. And we are a straight couple! They also helped us se lectand reserve a good restaurant for dinner. So thank you very much!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Art Connection Hotel. Das Team ist sehr sympathisch und gibt gerne Auskunft über die Stadt, Restaurants usw. Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, in der Nähe des Ku'damms und im Zentrum des Gayviertels.

this is my preferred hotel in Berlin and could qualify me for a loyalty card!

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, netter Service, super Lage,
helle Zimmer, nur die Duschen laufen ständig über - jedenfalls komme ich gern wieder!

I mistakenly booked two single rooms instead of a double but the hotel were very helpful and helped me change my booking. The rooms are really clean and I had an enjoyable stay. Also, I had a bottle of wine that I couldn't bring back with me, they arranged for it to be couriered to me. Thanks so much!!
