I have stayed here before and hope to again. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. It is such a relief after having stayed on this trip in at least seven hotels. This is the best for friendly, helpful service and a lovely atmosphere. I always recommend this hotel to fellow gay Australians.

Overall great service and lovely, charming hotel. We loved the grand old dame.
Unfortunately there was no fan/air condtionin in the room to help cool the air in the 'hot' room. A small refrigerator to keep drinks cool would have been also good.

Gay visitors to Berlin: look no further--this is where you want to stay!
Straight couples (like us): it is primarily a gay hotel, but we were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay.

Absolutely outstanding. A wonderful hotel, well priced, in a great part of town. Super friendly staff and a fun place to land. I'd return here of ever I was in Berlin.

Being a rather warm time of the year, it was quite a pleasant surprise to find a fan in the room when I arrived.

I love this hotel and its convenient loacation and would stay there anytime.
