Skønt hotel, der går i god service. Værterne bag skranken og på morgenmadsholdet gør sig umage for at give gæsterne en god oplevelse. Det var en fin gestus med frisk lemonade hver eftermiddag i lobbyområdet.

Good. A nice, quiet, bijou hotel. I liked the different cat sculptures on each floor when using the stairs

Awful, On arrival early evening the reception area was sweltering, the single member of staff was busy with a customer. Instead of acknowledging us and advising that he would be with us soon we were ignored. Anita the cleaners mop and bucket complete with dirty water was a permanent fixture on the landing outside one of the rooms on the 4th floor where our room was. on the day of checking out the only lift was out of order and when we asked if it would be working soon we were met with blank stares, we mentioned that we were not happy about carrying our suitcases down from the 4th flr, this was after doing the journey up and down for breakfast. I read a review mentioning similar concerns with their room conditions, apparently is they had booked a standard plus room they could have avoided these problems. May I suggest that this solution is mentioned on your website so that your future guests can be on the same page. My name is Nicole not Sean by the way!!

Would rather not other than to say we won't be coming back. The clock in the atrium was interesting , as was the only lift breaking down.
