Sono rimasto dispiaciuto perchè al mio rientro ho trovato una mail che richiedeva il pagamento di euro 1,88 per il consumo di una bottiglia di acqua non registrata al ceck out. Mi è sembrato inopportuno fare questa richiesta a fronte di una spesa complessiva di circa 450,00 euro.
Se le sorti dell'hotel possono risollevarsi in questo modo.....per me va bene.

Very bad. No opening window, no view outside, no large common rooms for conferences, for example, or reading. No services like business center, massages, beauty parlour. The cleaning of the room happens often very late.

We truly appreciate your comments about the hotel room however we feel sorry that it did nor reach your standards.
For your next visit, let us kindly recommend to book our standard plus room, that provides larger space and more privacy to our Guests, since it overlooks to the street front.
