It was a pity that the staff was not very friendly. We were a group of 5 and we were all shocked by the way we got treated at breakfast. The staff at reception was nicer.

Except of the hotel location (but this is relevant to my business expectations) I would gladly recommend the stay at this hotel - not so big, very clean, friendly

It was a delight to read that your impression of our Hotel was good and you would recommend our Hotel.

In answer to your feedback on parking let us kindly mention that -as a small boutique hotel in the centre- we do not have a private praking garage, however we offer discount for the BOE Parking Garage which is 50 meters away from our property. We feel sorry that you did not find this option satisfactory.

Regarding to your comment on breakfast, we have forwarded your suggestion to our F&B Manager for concideration.
