On behalf of our Housekeeping Team, we do apologize for falling short of your expectations.
Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with the Housekeeping Manager and HK Team in an effort to improve our services and to avoid this happening again.

In answer to your complaint about breakfast, we are always open to our guest's suggestions. For this reason we will change the fruit juices within a few weeks, and planning to widen the selection for our health conscious visitors.

The staff was very nice, the place looked good and inviting. The service and the staying there were very good. No doubt we enjoyed
