Very bad experience. I left complaint. I had to ask explicitly to write. The reception lady was nice and apologetically, but did nothing to solve the complain, very inefficient.

Good points : Location, cleanliness, staff overall friendly.

Bad points :
1. Rooms without any sound isolation. As soon they open the breakfast room, noise wakes people and not possible to sleep more,
2. Even if the thermostat was off, the room was very hot and was not possible to regulate temperature. Very difficult to fell asleep under the conditions.
3. Shower without hot water in the morning. I have a an allergy to cold and if shower under cold water, I risk an anaphylactic shock as such could not take a shower in the morning. Went to reception to complain about the shower, lady did apologise but did nothing to solve the situation. absolutely useless, think she did not understood the seriousness of the situation.
4. went to have breakfast ( after awful night and no shower ) and breakfast room was to full. Had to wait more than 1/2 hour to have a place. The worst experience ever had in any hotel and I do travel a lot.
5. Did to reception to complain again, lady still apologetic but took no action to solve or attenuate the situation.

Worst hotel experience I remember. Paid for a hotel room to 1) have a night sleep and 2) have a shower in the morning and some 3) nice breakfast before continue trip. Paid the hotel but had non of the expected benefits.

I'm planning to leave this review in trip advisor to warn others about the hotel experience.

Good, thank you for changing our room without any questions. Pay attention to room #108, it may be bedbugs there.
