Ok, good location and ok rooms. However, the quality did not quite correspond to the price.

Apart from the issues with the bed, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff well spoken and presentable making it a pleasant stay

The staff were superb, especially those on the front desk - Istvan Bolla was particularly helpful and deserves special praise. The location was great. The loan of the Handy Smart Phone was brilliant. We used it often to navigate on foot and to communicate with our family. A bit more information on how to use the phone, especially to receive calls and messages (SMS) would be very helpful. We enjoyed our stay but believe the hotel is closer to 3 stars than 4.

First time in Budapest we would stay at this hotel again, the handy mobile phone for guests to use was excellent a great way for tourists to have all the information they need when out and about.

It was a very forgettable experience and we would never stay at Atrium hotel again nor would we recommend to anybody. On this trip we stayed in 4 different hotels in Vienna Prague and Budapest. This was the worst hotel - we actually stayed in a cheap hotel in Vienna half the price that we paid at Atrium and the experience was 100% better than Atrium. What does "Fashion" mean in the name? We didn't recognize any fashion about the hotel and it appeared to us that the decoration in the hotel was done very cheaply!
