Acceptable....
We arrived at 13:10 and we have been asked to come back at 14:00, and when we returned at 14:15 the room wasn't ready!
To the reception was only a person and till to get a key we waiting 20 min after we have filled all papers... etc, due we already wait before another 20 min after the persons from our front.

Nous avion séjourné dans cet hôtel l'an dernier lors de notre 1er séjour à Budapest. L'hôtel est bien situé. Il est propre et la literie est bonne. Le personnel de chambre et du service "petit déjeuner" est très agréable. Cette année la personne à l'accueil était plus intéressée par son téléphone que de nous recevoir. L'an dernier nous avions pu dialoguer obtenir des bonnes adresses... Ce qui a changé, et qui nous à déplu, et même ce qui nous fait hésiter d'y revenir la prochaine fois c'est que lors de notre précédent séjour, il était possible de prendre un café à emporter à n'importe qu'elle heure et ce gratuitement. Maintenant ce n'est plus possible, dommage.

Would not rebook
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel

David the front desk staff was amazing and so helpful. The morning gentleman was equally as friendly. We were able to get into our room at 9 am with our bags which was wonderful. The bagged breakfast was also very kind.

Molto molto buono, la camera era perfetta solo troppo calda!
Camere grandi, bagni comodissimi e completi di tutto
