It looks more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. Very small room without windows and poor breakfast

We have learned with great sadness that you had a bad experience with our Server Team. We feel surprised at the same time, since we recieve lot of compliments from travellers in acknowledgment of the friendliness and profession of our staff.
In answer to your comment on the room, let us kindly mention that most of our rooms are looking to the central Atrium, this specialty gives character and the name for our property. Although we have few rooms that are looking to the street front, providing more space and privacy to our guest, with openable windows (in standard plus category).
Hereby let us kindly apologise for falling short of your expextations, we sincerely regret the inconveniences you have faced in our property.
