Very good I would recommend a stay here, The staff are very friendly and helpful when asked, I kept having to going back to ask more questions eg. having bought a tram ticket it would have been helpful to be told how the system works and which tram stop gets you into town. The bar staff were amazing and would come over and have a short friendly chat to make you feel at home and had a great sense of humour, brilliant.

Ondanks de prima ligging en uitstekende service zou ik dit hotel iedereen afraden. Alle kamers kijken uit op de binnenkoer waar beneden het ontbijt wordt geserveerd, dus ik hoorde elk bordje, kopje, mesje,... weerklinken. Elke nacht sliep ik gemiddeld maar een viertal uur helaas. Vreselijke ervaring voor mij, het hotel is echt het enige waar ik spijt van had tijdens onze hele vierdaagse citytrip.

The hotel was a good location and easily accessible. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only comment was the room was small and had no outside view as was neither facing onto road or atrium. Some comfortable chairs in the room would have been nice,

We enjoyed our stay - great for what we wanted. There was a water leak from the room above on our last day but no-one seemed particular bothered about this or came to see it.

We enjoyed staying at your hotel with the exception that your location was not always convenient to sightseeing. Your front office staff delivered their services with clarity and warmth.
