Like a previous reviewer , we found our room unbearably hot for the 2 nights we were there. We also had no windows ( this despite every single image of the hotel showing windows to outside ). I emailed and asked for a change of room. They refused and simply said they would send someone up to look at the Air Conditioning. Well as far as I could see nothing was done and night 2 was just as unbearable. Terrible service. Location was ok , breakfast was not bad. Overall , I would recommend not staying here for your stay in Budapest.

We have learned with great sadness that you had a bad experience with our Receptionist & Housekeeping Team. We feel surprised at the same time, since we receive a lot of compliments from travellers in acknowledgment of the friendliness and professionalism of our staff. Please be informed that all our rooms are equipped with automatic ventilation to ensure a comfortable air quality for our guests, and your feedback regarding the temperature has been forwarded to our General Manager as well as to our Maintenance Team.

I had a great stay and from the location of the hotel different destinations throughout the city were good to reach by public transport. Bus, tram and metro stations are just next to the hotel which makes things a lot easier.

Amazing experience overall, room and services were really great as well as the facilities. We would 100% book here again if returning to Budapest. The hotel was near the city center but just far enough to enjoy tranquility. Near every must-sees were quite next to the hotel or easily accessible by foot, tram or metro.
