Firstly thank you for letting us know about your recent stay with us and choosing to stay with us as well.

However we are sorry to read that you did not find our Hotel's cleaning service spotless.
As you know your feedback is very important for us, so that we can develop and be able match the wishes of our guests.

It was a great hotel, in terms of location, breakfast, decor but the faulty air conditioning, we got very little sleep.

Very enjoyable but if we return would prefer larger room.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean and warm. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was OK. For the price paid we were very impressed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atrium and felt quite at home. The other clientele staying at the time were quiet and respectful, so there was a civilised atmosphere giving the impression that we were in a much more exclusive hotel than was reflected in the very reasonable price we paid.
