Stylisches Hotel, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gepflegt. Die Sauberkeit war ungenügend! Nicht weiterzuempfehlen wenn sich dort nichts ändert.
We have learned with great sadness that you have left our Hotel with bad feelings, and our services did not met your expectations.
Your complaint have been shared with the General Manager as well as with our Housekeeping and Maintenance Team in an effort to investigate what have happened.
Would you be so kind to write us any additional detail of the problems, when did you report it to which department (or colleague)?
I can assure you that we will take all the necessary steps to find out whose omission caused the aforementioned mistake, in order to avoid these problems happening again.
I hope you’ll consider us next time your travel brings you back to Budapest and will have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our Hotel.
