Im Großen und Ganzen gut.
Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und das ein oder andere Manko (z.B. kaputte Teller zum Frühstück) lässt das Hotel eher wie ein 3 Sterne Hotel erscheinen.

The room was not sound proof and the neighbours were very loud
The toiletry complementaries were limited for a 4* hotels (no moisturizer)
