We booked your hotel based on pictures displayed on your website, assuming to find a new and modern hotel. We could already notice the lacking of maintenance in the hotel. Bed-side lamps didn't work and stairways were only partially lit.

However we are sorry to read that you did not find our Hotel's cleaning service spotless. As you know your feedback is very important for us, so that we can develop
