Accept from the first meeting the rest of our vacation was very good

We are glad that your vacation was very good and you were satisfied with our breakfast, enjoyed the sparkling wine and the strong coffee.
We feel sorry that you had a bad experience with the check in procedure, however it was beyond our control.
We were informed by the head sales office that your reservation is invalid due to Travelbird.
Since we had no additional information about the reservation, we had to ask you to get in contact with the agency directly.
