The quiet location in such a busy area was great. Desk staff were always helpful. The room was clean.

Overall ok
We had booked a double room through British Airways holidays some 3 months ago
Upon arrival we were given a room with 2 single beds
When I told the hotel about this they were very helpful, unfortunately there were no double bed rooms available
The staff said housekeeping had made a mistake
I think in light of this something could have been offered to us, ie a free drink or free late check out, however nothing was offered
It was my partner and my self's first trip abroad together so it wasn't great to be honest
