Everything was very good except the room size which was tiny

It was a perfect hotel for us to spend our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We loved the cat statues between each floor, the Atrium wall with the pendulum and the clock. I loved the way the floors round the Atrium were like little terraces. Biggest laugh was getting twin beds. That was hilarious to us.

Satisfying. Internal modern design is attracting attention. However daylight limitation makes it difficult to chose for more than couple of days

Vårt rum var så litet att vi fick ha dörren mot toaletten öppen annars fick vi inte plats var välidigt innestängt mot autrium, ca fingerade inte, vi sa ifrån men inget hände.

It would've been great stay if you could remove the smell from bathroom.

Accept from the first meeting the rest of our vacation was very good

We are glad that your vacation was very good and you were satisfied with our breakfast, enjoyed the sparkling wine and the strong coffee.

We feel sorry that you had a bad experience with the check in procedure, however it was beyond our control.
We were informed by the head sales office that your reservation is invalid due to Travelbird.
Since we had no additional information about the reservation, we had to ask you to get in contact with the agency directly.
