The quiet location in such a busy area was great. Desk staff were always helpful. The room was clean.

Overall ok
We had booked a double room through British Airways holidays some 3 months ago
Upon arrival we were given a room with 2 single beds
When I told the hotel about this they were very helpful, unfortunately there were no double bed rooms available
The staff said housekeeping had made a mistake
I think in light of this something could have been offered to us, ie a free drink or free late check out, however nothing was offered
It was my partner and my self's first trip abroad together so it wasn't great to be honest

Hotel di evidente recente costruzione, molto carino e pulito, posizione strategica vicino alla fermata della metropolitana a e mezz'ora a piedi dal centro, personale estremamente cortese e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, colazione a buffet ottima e varia. Sempre presente nell'atrio un dispenser di acqua aromatizzata e biscotti per gli ospiti.
Unico neo, la finestra della stanza: su un cubicolo che ospita tubature, senza affaccio sull'esterno.

Innanzitutto la ringraziamo per aver trovato il tempo di lasciarci una recensione, in quanto per noi è molto importante ricevere dei vostri consigli per migliorarci ogni giorno di più.

Per quanto riguarda la camera, la maggior parte delle nostre camere guarda all'Atrio centrale, questa specialità dà carattere e il nome alla nostra proprietà.
Lasciatemi menzionare gentilmente che abbiamo alcune camere che guardano nella parte anteriore della strada, che offre ai nostri ospiti uno spazio più chiaro, con finestre che si aprono (nella categoria standard plus). Crediamo che questo sarebbe meglio soddisfare le vostre aspettative.
