Our stay was lovely. The hotel itself was clean and nice. The outside is a bit scary.

We are happy to read that the overall impression of the hotel was good, even though the area of our hotel did not meet your expectations.

Hotel czysty jednak widać w nim zużycie... okna praktycznie tylko na atrium ( wnętrze hotelu)

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to share your impression about our hotel, your feedback is really important for us.

We truly appreciate your comments about the hotel, however we feel sorry that it did nor reach your standards.
For your next visit, let us kindly recommend to book our standard plus room, that provides larger space and more privacy to our Guests, since it overlooks to the street front. In our opinion, this may fit more to your preferences.

We truly hope that apart from this you have had a nice stay in Budapest and upon your next visit, we will have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel.
