Very bad. No opening window, no view outside, no large common rooms for conferences, for example, or reading. No services like business center, massages, beauty parlour. The cleaning of the room happens often very late.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to share your impression about our hotel, your feedback is really important for us.

We truly appreciate your comments about the hotel room however we feel sorry that it did nor reach your standards.
For your next visit, let us kindly recommend to book our standard plus room, that provides larger space and more privacy to our Guests, since it overlooks to the street front.

We truly hope that apart from this you have had a nice stay in Budapest and upon your next visit, we will have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel.

Kind regards,

Nonostante il personale molto gentile le carenze della struttura descritte prime non rendono il soggiorno piacevole

Pleasant and comfortable if rooms are more spacious

Dear Valued Guest,

We highly appreciate your review.
For your kind information, there is a possibility to reserve another room type, called: Standard Plus Room with Street View with larger space in it. In our opinion, this may fit more to your preferences.

We hope to see you again in our Hotel.
