Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with the Housekeeping Manager and HK Team in an effort to improve our services and to avoid this happening again.

In answer to your complaint about breakfast, we are always open to our guest's suggestions. For this reason we will change the fruit juices within a few weeks, and planning to widen the selection for our health conscious visitors.

Habitación con camas muy pequeñas y baño incómodo por la terrible bañera. Muy lezntos en recepcion

La struttura centralissima, zona piena di negozi e locali, e soprattutto servita dai mezzi pubblici. Hotel dal design affascinante, hanno curato tutti i particolari. Sicuramente struttura da consigliare.

We enjoyed a very pleasant break helped by helpful staff especially when a plumbing problem occurred and we had to switch rooms. Would recommend to others.
