Noisy room, noisy air condition. Broken mirror and an old and too small TV for an four stars hotel

Das Zimmer ohne Fenster nach außen hatte eine unangenehmen Geruch. Daher wechselten wir in der 2.Nacht das Zimmer.

Room was noizy from the early morning because of the breakfast preparation & housekeeping, no windows on external view, too tiny room, no pace to put our bags! no room service, room lightening is very poor, no shampo or shower gel in bathroom.
We felt neglected at breakfast, no staff for welcoming or even say good morning or ask if we need anything!
Receptionist were very helpfull, but some of them has difficulty to speak and understand English .

Room was smaller than expectation and disappointed by no windows. Towels were tired look and amenities (shampoo, moisturizers etc) could be better.

For your kind information, there is a possibility to reserve another room type, called: Standard Plus Room with Street View with larger space in it. In our opinion, this fits more to your preferences.
Regarding to your complaint on amenities and towels, we have forwarded your feedback to our Housekeeping manager in an effort to improve our servieces.
