Staff were nice but room wasn't very clean and breakfast was poor. Wouldn't stay again but staff were nice so I feel bad for them!

Bad, hotel is not friendly

We have learnt with sadness that you had a bad experience with our Receptionists. We feel surprised at the same time, since we recieve lot of compliments from travellers in acknowledgment of the friendliness and profession of our staff.
