Price is great with 4 stars hotel, but our room doesn't have a window, that is sad. Cleanness package only has one.

We truly appreciate your comments about the hotel however we feel sorry that our breakfast did nor reach your standards.We are always open to your suggestions, to be able to match your needs better. Your comment has been shared with the F&B department in an effort to improve our services.

Regarding the toiletteries let me kindly inform you that refill is provided only on request, however the minibar should have been refilled. We informed our HK team about this mistake, in order to avoid this happening again.

This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel. The only minus is the breakfast, a little bit to simple. Otherwise everything is great.

It was comfortable stay for 5days.
It seems that there are some difference for cleaning room depending on who does so.

Good price/quality, position, breakfast room, elevator window, cleaning. Minibar was warm and wc-seat water hot.

Friendly staff and location, cute idea of a hotel but this is NOT 4 star hotel, much like 3 star...
