We understand your point of view about the room. We sincerely regret the inconveniences you have faced because of the speciality of the building.
Let us kindly mention, that we have few rooms that are looking to the street front, providing more privacy to our guest, with openable windows (in standard plus category).

I hope you’ll consider us next time your travels bring you back to Budapest and will have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel.

Price is great with 4 stars hotel, but our room doesn't have a window, that is sad. Cleanness package only has one.

This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel. The only minus is the breakfast, a little bit to simple. Otherwise everything is great.
