The hotel is very nice and very clean. The location is excellent. Two minutes walking and you find the underground.
The staff is efficient. The room is really nice but it's too wam. Breakfast was good too. You find all you need.

Your WiFi Internet was SLOW - SLOWER than a Data connection via a mobile phone network. It snapped multiple times, the availability of the same in the bathroom, is ZERO. It almost seemed like your Hotel was operating with some retarded 1st generation routers and modems, which are so outdated or lacking capacity, that even getting a message took several minutes. I couldn't use this hotel stay, as an effective place to do business communications from. And hence, very unlikely to recommend your hotel to anyone. Although, I could try to visit again and see if there is any change, as I already lodged this complaint with the front desk upon checkout. Hope you fix it, if you want to have a regular customer like me.

Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful.
The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable.
Improvements that could be made are more English TV channels, opening windows in the bedroom for fresh air and more vegan friendly breakfast options.

average accommodation without a window. good location of the hotel with friendly staff to assist

Quite Modern hotel, very quiet, excellent geographical situation.
Please indicate more clearly that window of the bedroom opens ont a closed big hall.

The room was way smaller then expected. The climate was very warm en no option to bring in fresh air, so we had to turn on the airco hard.
