Nice and clean room, but the window is not openable. The airconditioning works not so good, but its ok in overall

The idea about free ohone is good, it's very useful. But it was a bit dirty even after making up.

Wonderful trip to Budapest, hotel is in a great location, metro line round the corner which is 2 stops to where the basilica is/ short wak to Danube to walk up to parliament or 4 stops over to Buda to get up to the castle. Hotel clean, rooms fairly spacious (considering there was 3 of us in one room- we didn’t feel claustrophobic as some reviews have said), hotel staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. Would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Thanks so much.

l'hotel est bien situe , le personnel est agréable est discret.
tout etait bien dans l'ensemble je trouve juste dommage que la chambre soit trop petite
