We had a lovely time at your hotel as usual. The staff are fantastic especially the reception staff. Always helpful nothing is too much trouble

Aside from comments made, a very good hotel in a good location to town sites. If I could know the other rooms had better beds with softer mattresses, I'd recommend people stay here.

Very good. It was a bit warm in the room, however, I'd rather be warm than cold.
