Very good experience. Enjoyed our stay. One improvement may want to think about is more than one receptionis st busy times. Took over 15 minutes to check in and the same to check out

There is a great deal to recommend about this hotel: the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is good for getting around Budapest easily. It's not the place to stay for anyone who doesn't like heights because of the lift and mezzanine. Rooms are stuffy -- the poor ventilation is understandable because the windows all face inward, but it's less than ideal. It's also not the place to stay for anyone who wants to sleep late, because the clinking of cutlery during the breakfast service echoes throughout the hotel.

To me, several details point to a problem of management: dust under bed, lights not working (coridor to room 110), croissant stock not refilled, soap cup in shower block broken, traces of dust at ventilation outlet, noice of ventilation unit, noice of heating/cooling fan. Maybe bed somewhat uncomfortable, I am not sure.
Overall, hotel designed for night+breakfast, would need extra room for TV/restaurant
