Good but the bed bugs wher not Good att all

Your rating is very nice, however your comment on bed bugs in our Hotel we do not feel comfortable. We are sorry about the happening, this is always inconvenient. Luckily, we have not found any bedbug, and after no one reported the same.

the hotel is clean, and the location is very good. the receptionist , mr Adam, is also very friendly.

Modern hotel. Geen bijzondere faciliteiten, geen zwembad, geen terras
Ontbijt is zeer matig , enigzins uitgebreid, maar weinig smaak , waterige juices, niet goed afgebakken broodjes
De douchebak in de badkamer wordt niet goed schoongemaakt. Heel veel haren , ook van de vorige gasten. Water loopt niet voldoende weg
Na een douche sta je in het water.
Personeel is wel vriendelijk en de locatie is goed
Op loopafstand van het metrostation.

Gute Lage, sauber und sehr nett; leider Zimmer ohne Fenster ins Freie; ständiger Luftzug im Zimmer und Klimaanlage im Frühstücksbereich viel zu kalt.

It was very pleasant. Good value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything I would expect from a hotel in this price range.

Very nice stay! Reception staff were very helpful with booking our tourist excursions and making our stay comfortable. The street view room was noisy at times with traffic and people shouting.

I loved it! The reception staff, both night and day, were fantastic! Check in was such a breeze and Steven (I think) was amazing, incredible at his job and so polite and helpful. And the day I was checking out I needed to post some items home and the lady at reception gave me a cardboard box and the man helped me tape everything up! Really really really appreciate the help and would not hesitate to recommend!

Det var godt. Men vi kan ikke lide, at der ikke er vi duer til det fri, og dermed skal have lys lehe dagen. Man kan heller ikke se om det regner eller solen skinner. Disse ting bør gøres meget tydelige, i beskrivelsen af hotellet. Og ved bytning af værelset burde man have oplyst, at det andet værelse var meget ringere og mindre!
