Бронировали номер с видом на город. Он чуть дороже, зато просторный. Огромные окна открываются, нет необходимости в кондиционере. Шум из атриума не беспокоил. Очень вкусные завтраки, каждый день было что-нибудь новое. Отель чистый, но уборка поверхностная, стоит улучшить. Персонал доброжелательный и улыбчивый. Месторасположение отличное, 3 минуты до метро.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Einziges Problem waren die Betten. Matratzen für rückengeplagte Menschen zu hart.
Aber uns wurde mit zusätzlichen Decken als Unterlage ausgeholfen.

1. Very small room
2. Terrible check in experience - told them in advance about early check in but our request was paid no heed and after 12 hours of traveling, had to wait for 2 hours to get a room.
3. Bad room cleaning service
4. Limited breakfast options with no coffee

Thank you for taking the time and write your review. Regarding the room, we have Standard Plus rooms as well, which are more spacious with more amenities and street view. We have to admit that the check-in procedure was slower than usual, unfortunately at that time due to high availability it was difficult to arrange the reservations in order to give the rooms to the adequate guests. We are sorry to let you wait for a long time, however that is the reason we are able to guarantee the rooms from 2 PM. We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the cleaning and the variety of breakfast selection.

We do hope in spite of the bad experiences you had overall a nice stay in Budapest.

Hi, i am Elena. You don't have a ramp for a stroller. Waiters are not friendly. And one day we didn't have a towel for our baby.
Everything else is fine.

Your comment is very serious for us, we always intend to give the best service.

About the ramp, we do have a mobile ramp, however we always give it by request or when it is obvious.
We are sorry to hear that there was lack of friendliness of the waiters, I forwarded to the adequate F&B manager.
If by chance we are not giving towels, then two option is available, whether the used towels were not on the floor as a sign to change it, or we forgot. However, we always give towels at the reception if it is required.

Hope overall you had a nice stay.

Terrible and very disappointed.
The best thing about this hotel was the friendly staff. The room was very small but clean. I was very disappointed that he beds were rock so didn't really sleep in my opinion this is definitley not a 4 star hotel. The window or either frosted or face out over breakfast area so you have to walk to the front door to see what the weathers like to know what to wear for the day. There was no bar in the hotel so no place to relax when the weather was bad outside.
