Excellent - an interesting place to stay and close to the Metro. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only problem was some noise between rooms late in the evening - usually from young people who don't seem to know how to behave in a hotel but of course this is not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely return in the future and would recommend it to others.

Very impressed with the hotel overall! It was so affordable and the customer service was excellent. There was one staff member however who was serving breakfast and gave me a terrible look when I asked if there was just one toaster. I'm sure he's been asked this question many times otherwise I wouldn't of had a rude look and he didn't answer me back very nicely! But besides your unhappy server everything else was spot on and I would recommend this to a friend.
