Overall experience was good. The location of the hotel is good, central and easy to find the major sites. The breakfast was not as good as I would expect in a 4 start hotel - there was a choice of continental options but more fruit and healthy options could be offered. Room was clean, tidy and acceptable although it was on the small side and the beds were quite low to the ground. Windows did not open - air conditioning was the only option that we had.
Hotel reception were friendly but only offered us 'touristy' options when asked for recommendations. We were searching for more 'local' recommendations. We found these on Trip Advisor in the end but this was an area where the hotel could be more helpful.
