Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, lekker ontbijt, centrale locatie vlakbij metro. Matras was wel iets te hard.

The decor of this hotel is lovely and very chic ,the cost to stay was very reasonable so I wasn't expecting something so different and nicely decorated .There's no open windows in the bedroom but this didn't bother me ,you felt you were in an apartment complex (I liked this).The breakfast was excellent ,I have been to the USA and many European countries so I have sampled lots of different breakfasts .The hotel was situated 30 minutes (a gentle stroll) away from the centre of Budapest but took us less.The Metro's ,if you want to travel further a field is only 5 minutes away ,which is very handy .All the staff are very friendly and their English put us to shame (it amazes me how everyone's English is so good from European countries).Would I use this hotel again or recommend it ,yes I would.

Heel prettig personeel, mooie ligging. Wel een groot nadeel dat er geen raam naar buiten is. Daardoor moet de airco aan en dat geeft een droge keel en mond en daardoor onrustig slapen. Maar verder helemaal top!

The overall experience was very good. All staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. If I come to Budapest again I would be very happy to stay here.
