In comparison to the price of the hotel, it was a good experience.

Muy buena, lo único negativo es que el ascensor estuvo en mal funcionamiento toda la estancia.

Apart from the room issue it was good

First of all the service was extremely good helpful very kind and always with a smile and happy to serve you! The room was simple small and very clean. Every day the staff was changing our sheets and cleaning the room and when we were back from our city walk everything was new and perfect! It was just simply great for our standards. The breakfast as I mentioned was amazing as well.

Már voltunk egyszer, de többet nem megyünk. A lift nem működött míg ott voltunk, bejelentkezéskir azt mondták másnapra jó lesz. A kijelentkezeskor arra sem voltak kíváncsiak hogyan éreztük magunkat, semmire.

Sajnálattal értesültünk róla, hogy rossz tapasztalata volt a recepción és a housekeeping csapatunkkal kapcsolatban. Meglep minket ez, mivel vendégeinktől gyakran kapunk dicséreteket a munkatársaink barátságosságáról és professzionalizmusáról.

Tájékoztatjuk, hogy a panaszát továbbítottuk a Szálloda Igazgatójának, valamint a Karbantartó Csapatunknak is. Nagyra értékeljük minden vendégünk visszajelzését, mivel ez a legjobb eszközünk szolgáltatásaink fejlesztésére.

2025 októberben "foglaltam"(VOLNA) 2026.01.17.-re!! , de semmilyen visszaigazolást nem kaptam, azt gondoltam nem jött össze a foglalás. Megreklamáltam, íme a válasz:A rendszerünk minden esetben a megadott e-mail címre küldi automatikusan a foglalás-visszaigazolást, ami megtörtént az Ön esetében is S467VW foglalási szám alatt.
Ön által Október 10.-én készített foglalás visszaigazolását (santagyula@gmail.com címre) rendszerünk sikeresen postázta, így a terhelt összeg visszautalására a szerződésbe foglaltak alapján nincs mód! Február 19.-én vettem észre, hogy levontak 90 eurónak megfelelő összeget (1 éjszaka, két fő részére lett volna)
