Great location and easy to get everywhere. Very clean and great experience with our room being cleaned every day. The staff were really kind. We were a bit let down with the lack of wifi reception in the room as we didnt have any so couldnt connect and research for the next day

Dear Ailsa Mackenzie,

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our location, cleanliness, and the kindness of our staff. However, we regret that the Wi-Fi in your room did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will look into possible improvements.

We hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future!
