There was broken lock on door. We couldnt lock it at night from inside to feel more safe. This was only one minus. Everything else was super.

Very good, rooms are a little compact but generally all good

Nice and helpful staff
Bad shampoo and no conditioner
Water should be free every day due to the water wasn’t drinkable.

Gute Lage, durch Bus und Tram vor dem Hotel etwas laut, wenn man straßenseitig untergebracht ist. Das Hotel wirkt sehr frisch und renoviert, das Badezimmer könnte man allerdings noch etwas überholen (Duschwand und Heizkörper wirken sehr abgenutzt). Das Frühstücksbuffet war top und sehr vielfältig!
