Like a previous reviewer , we found our room unbearably hot for the 2 nights we were there. We also had no windows ( this despite every single image of the hotel showing windows to outside ). I emailed and asked for a change of room. They refused and simply said they would send someone up to look at the Air Conditioning. Well as far as I could see nothing was done and night 2 was just as unbearable. Terrible service. Location was ok , breakfast was not bad. Overall , I would recommend not staying here for your stay in Budapest.

We have learned with great sadness that you had a bad experience with our Receptionist & Housekeeping Team.
