Great choice for family holidays

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for your kind feedback, which we truly appreciate.

However we are sorry to read that you did not find our Hotel's cleaning service spotless. As you know your feedback is very important for us, so that we can develop and be able match the wishes of our guests. Your complaint has been shared with our housekeeping department in order to improve our cleaning service. Thank you for your suggestion regarding the breakfast we forward it to our F&B team.

Staff was very friendly and so helpful with recommendations and bookings. Location is quite convinient and walking distance from the city center.
Rooms were average and didn’t look like the pictures nor matched expectations when booking what is meant to be a 4starts hotel
Beds were not very comfortable and ventilation unpleasant with no possibility to vent the room as there is no window
