I woke up because neighbors were partying after midnight in the room. Would not be a problem if the room would not have a door to their room without any acoustic isolation.

Bad, I have never experienced that somebody from roomservice come in our room before the time we should leave (11:00) and even thoug without knocking !! Im shocked !

Es tut uns leid aber wir konnten gar nicht gut schlafen, durch die Rückenschmerzen und Kopfschmerzen waren wir die meiste Zeit wach. Die Matratze ist wirklich kaputt! Wir hatten das Zimmer 211. in der dusche war die Duschvorrichtung kaputt .... wir haben Fotos gemacht, falls sie diese benötigen schicke ich sie zu.

good. The only disadvantage was that the window did not go outside the hotel but only into the atrium.

La ventana de la habitacion, no se podía abrir y daba al hall de la recepción del hotel..intimidad nula, te obligaba a tener las cortinas cerradas todo el tiempo. Nada confortable.
